Curried Cucumber Dip

Make an easy cucumber dip by stirring chopped cucumber into a mixture of yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise and adding flavor with curry powder and cumin. Serve with fresh vegetables.
1 1/2 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground red pepper
3/4 cup diced peeled cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped radishes
2 tablespoons minced green onions

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk. Stir in cucumber, radishes, and green onions. Cover and chill.
