1/2 cup finely chopped, peeled cucumber
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Dash of hot sauce
Pat cucumber between paper towels to remove moisture, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir cucumber into mayonnaise mixture; mix well. Cover; chill thoroughly before serving. Serve sauce cold with poached fish.
