Cucumber Mint Julep Recipe
Crisp cucumber raises the bar in this bold bourbon blend. Cucumber Mint Julep comes from the Wequassett Resort in Harwich, Massachusetts.

2 (4- to 6-inch) fresh mint sprigs
Cracked ice
3/4 cup Kentucky bourbon
Garnish: cucumber spears, mint leaves


Tear leaves from mint sprigs, and place in a large cocktail shaker with Cucumber Simple Syrup; muddle thoroughly. Add cracked ice and bourbon, and stir well or shake gently. Strain into julep cups filled with cracked ice. Garnish, if desired.
