1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 chopped cucumbers

Preparation

Combine the segments of the lemon in a bowl with the dill, olive oil, salt, and cucumbers. Serve with salmon.
