4 slices white or whole-grain bread
2 tablespoons honey
4 to 6 ounces thinly sliced smoked or baked ham
4 ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese
On counter, roll the bread slices to about 1/8th inch thick. Spread each slice with goat cheese. Spread each with the pesto. Sprinkle the wheat germ over the pesto. Roll up tightly. Keep in refrigerator till ready to serve.
