Crock Pot Beef Pot Roast


Boneless English Roast with herb crust

1 pound Boneless English Roast
1 package Dry Italian Dressing - Good Season
1 package Dry Ranch Dressing - Hidden Valley
1 package Dry Brown Gravy - McCormick
1 cup water
1 package Baby Carrots
8 cubes Potatoes
1 cube Onion


Put 1 cup water in crock pot

Add roast and vegetables

Sprinkle 1/2 dry ingredients over top

Sprinkle remaining dry ingredients when flip roast over (optional)

Cook in crock pot 4-5 hours (or all day on low).
