Ingredients

1 (26-ounce) box iodized salt
1 (2-ounce) can black pepper
1 (1 1/2-ounce) can chili powder
1 (1 1/2-ounce) can red pepper
1 (1-ounce) can garlic powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Store in airtight containers. Use as a seasoning in Creole recipes, fried chicken, or gravies.
