This tangy dip is a great accompaniment to the veggies in the crawfish boil.


Makes 2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup)

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup Creole mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped


Active : 10 Minutes
Total: 40 Minutes

Whisk together all ingredients. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
