Creamy Pesto

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons crushed basil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 package RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST Spaghetti prepared according to package directions


In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil and blend in flour, cheese, herbs and spices until smooth. Gradually blend in broth and skim milk. Continue heating over medium-high, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Serve with spaghetti.
