Creamy Lemon-Dill Spread

This spread is great on tomato or smoked turkey sandwiches, grilled fish, and as a dip for raw vegetables.
Makes about 2/3 cup

1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small shallot, minced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice


Prep: 10 Minutes
Chill: 30 Minutes

1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Brush on hot grilled corn.
