Creamy Alfredo Sauce

1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 (10-oz.) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


Prep: 8 Minutes

Sauté garlic in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in Alfredo sauce, basil and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Cover and chill up to 5 days. Reheat in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Note: We tested with Buitoni Alfredo Sauce.
