Cream Cheese Mints

Use powdered sugar to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.

4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound powdered sugar

Total: 4 Hours, 30 Minutes

Heat first 2 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring to blend. Divide mixture into 8 portions, and roll each into a 12-inch rope. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Let stand 4 hours.
