Cranberry Turkey with Arugula Sandwiches

1/4 cup cranberry-raspberry crushed fruit
4 slices 9-grain bread
2 tablespoons Neufchatel cheese, softened
6 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
Arugula leaves


Spread 2 bread slices with the crushed fruit. Spread the remaining bread with the cheese. Top the crushed fruit bread slices with the turkey, arugula and remaining bread slices. Recipe provided by Pepperidge Farm.
