Cranberry Glaze

1 1/2 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons)

1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 cups fresh cranberries
2/3 cup water


Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan; stir in cranberries and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and cook 5 minutes or until cranberries pop. Cool.
