Cranberry Glaze

2 medium oranges
1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons grated orange rind


Peel oranges; discard seeds and white membrane. Chop pulp; set aside.

Combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, ginger, and orange rind in a medium saucepan; add orange pulp, mixing well. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
