Cranberry Chutney

2 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 apple, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 ground cloves


Cook cranberries, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring often, for 35 minutes.

Remove from heat; chill.

Serve with turkey or ham. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
