Crabmeat and Bacon Cups

Make an easy, elegant crabmeat appetizer by combining fresh crabmeat with sour cream, mayonnaise and bacon and serving in mini phyllo cups.  You can make this ahead ,cover, and chill until party time.

2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 pound fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh or frozen chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 (2.1-ounce) packages frozen miniature phyllo shells, thawed


Prep: 25 Minutes

Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill. To serve, spoon crabmeat mixture into phyllo shells.
