8 thick bread slices
4 (3/4-oz.) pepper Jack cheese slices
Pickled jalapeño pepper slices

Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Top 4 bread slices with pepper Jack cheese slices. Bake 5 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Top cheese-covered bread slices with brisket (about 1/2 cup per slice), jalapeño pepper slices, and remaining 4 bread slices. Serve immediately.
