Couscous with Hazelnuts, Orange, and Mint

Ingredients

1 cup couscous
Chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Preparation

Prepare couscous according to package directions, using chicken broth as the cooking liquid and stirring in orange zest. Just before serving, fold in hazelnuts and mint.
