Corn Salsa

1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1/2 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 small tomato, chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt


Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill, stirring often, at least 2 hours.
