1 medium cabbage, shredded
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 carrots, scraped and shredded
1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seeds
Lettuce cups


Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; toss lightly. Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, and celery seeds in a small saucepan. Cook until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables; stir. Cover and chill. Serve in lettuce cups.
