Cold Tomato Salad

1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a jar; shake well. Pour marinade over tomatoes; refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
