1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
5 cucumbers (about 2 1/2 pounds), peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and coarsely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, halved and seeded
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Preparation
