Coffee Pecans

2 cups

2 cups toasted pecan halves
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread pecans on waxed paper, and separate with a fork. Cool.
