Coconut-Pineapple Glaze

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves


Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and mix well. Spoon over baked ham during last 30 minutes of baking time. Glaze may be served with ham.
