1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
Beat cream cheese and vanilla at high speed of a mixer until creamy. Gradually add the sugar, beating at low speed until well-blended. Stir in the flaked coconut.
