Try this no-cook seafood salad made with chilled seafood for a refreshing dish.
Makes 2 servings
1. Holding orange in the palm of your hand, slice between membranes, and gently remove whole segments.
2. Combine seafood and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to combine.
3. Whisk together lemon juice and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; drizzle over seafood mixture, tossing to coat. Add orange segments, and toss gently. Line 2 bowls with cucumber slices, and top with seafood salad.
