1 (15-oz.) can unsalted chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup cooked beets
1/2 cup fresh orange segments
1 ounce crumbled goat cheese
1 cup torn arugula
1 ounce toasted walnuts
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


Toss together chickpeas, beets, orange segments, cheese, arugula, walnuts, olive oil, and salt. Serve immediately.
