1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dash of ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 ounces grated fresh Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
1 ounce fresh cilantro leaves (about 2 cups loosely packed)
2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil

Preparation

Place onions and next 8 ingredients (through cilantro) in a food processor, and process until finely minced. With processor on, slowly pour oil through food chute, and process until well blended.
