For a quick, shortcut flavor booster to pasta, top with Cilantro-Peanut Breadcrumbs.

1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 ounces torn baguette
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pulse torn baguette in a food processor for coarse crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, peanuts, and lime juice. Cook for 3 minutes or until toasted. Stir in cilantro.
