Drizzle cilantro and kale with a homemade buttermilk dressing for a fresh-tasting salad.
Serves 4 (serving size: about 2 cups salad)
Combine buttermilk, 1/4 cup cilantro stems, sour cream, pepper, and salt in a mini food processor; process until combined. Combine kale, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro stems, and radishes in a bowl. Drizzle salad with dressing.
