Cilantro-Ginger Aioli

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Chinese hot mustard
1 peeled clove garlic


In a blender or food processor, whirl mayonnaise, cilantro, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, and garlic until well blended.
