2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage
1 cup slivered red onion
1 cup cilantro leaves


Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and sugar in a large bowl. Add cabbage, onion, and cilantro leaves; toss to coat.
