In 4-quart saucepot, melt Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Omega Plus over medium heat and cook onion, green pepper, garlic and ground chipotle chile pepper, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice with shredded cheddar cheese.
