2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups thinly sliced baby spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 cup thinly sliced radicchio

Preparation

Combine olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add spinach, romaine, and radicchio; toss to coat. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
