1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan, stirring until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in liqueur, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Let cool.
