Chipotle-Lime Mayo

Makes about 3/4 cup

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 teaspoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Prep: 20 Minutes

Stir together mayonnaise, minced chipotle pepper, lime zest, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
