Chipotle Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (28 oz each) Hunt's Crushed Tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
3 1/2 cups water
6 ounces dry egg noodles, uncooked

Preparation

Hands On: 10 minutes
Total: 8 hours 10 minutes

1. Combine chicken, tomatoes, chipotle peppers and water in slow cooker. Cover with lid.

2. Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours), stirring in noodles for the last 30 minutes of the cooking time.

3. Stir before serving.
