Chilled Honeydew Soup

Ingredients

5 cups cubed peeled honeydew melon (about 1/2 medium)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sweet white wine
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated lime rind

Preparation

Place melon in a food processor; process until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Transfer melon to a large bowl.

Stir in orange juice and next 3 ingredients. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes. Garnish with grated lime rind.
