2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 (1-inch-thick) salmon fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
2 teaspoons olive oil
Combine chili powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly over salmon fillets.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add salmon, cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Sweet Pepper Salsa.
