Chili-Lime Butter

Nothing--repeat, nothing--tastes better this time of year than fresh corn on the cob. Just cook up your favorite variety, and then flavor it with one of our tasty butters. Start with 1/2 cup softened butter, and add our suggested stir-ins.
Makes 1/2 cup

1/2 cup softened butter
2 teaspoons grated lime rind
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Prep: 5 Minutes

Stir softened butter; stir in lime rind and remaining ingredients.
