1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup butter, softened

Preparation

Stir chili powder, cumin, and red pepper into butter; cover and chill 8 hours. Serve on warm tortillas or stir into refried beans or rice.
