Chicken and Snow Peas Stir-Fry

3 ounce boneless chicken breast
1 cup fresh snow peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 tablespoon Atkins Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade


Rinse and cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Rinse and cut snow peas into 1 inch long pieces. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium high and add the chicken; stir fry about 2 minutes and then add snow peas and teriyaki sauce. Stir fry for about 2 to 3 more minutes until chicken is cooked through.
