Chicken Salad In Patty Shells

3 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups chopped celery
8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 baked patty shells


Combine first 6 ingredients; toss gently, and set aside.

Combine butter and mayonnaise, beating with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture; stir well. Spoon into patty shells.
