Chicken Pesto Salad

1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Lettuce leaves, optional
1/2 cup prepared basil pesto


Hands On: 15 minutes
Total: 15 minutes

1. Combine diced tomatoes, chicken, eggs, celery, onions, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

2. Spoon evenly onto 4 lettuce-covered salad plates, if desired.

3. Top evenly with pesto.
