1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups chicken broth
6 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in chicken, salt, and pepper. Spoon creamed chicken over Fiesta Cornbread squares. Serve immediately.
