Chicken Cordon Bleu with Salad

7 ounce boneless chicken breast
1 ounce deli ham
1 ounce Swiss cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse and pat dry fish. Brush cooking dish with a little of the oil; place fish in center; drizzle with remaining oil and cover with salsa. Bake fish for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Top fish with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Remove, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve.
