Cheesy Egg Wrap and Fruit Shake

2 eggs
1 ounce low fat cheese of choice
2 tortilla
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Dice cheese and lightly beat egg in a bowl or small cup; stir pepper and cheese into egg. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Cook egg mixture, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, until firm. Place on tortilla(s) and roll up. You can heat the tortilla before wrapping...either in microwave for about 20 seconds, or in the oven at 300 degrees F for approximately 2 minutes.
