Cheese and Tomato Sandwich with Avocado

3 1/2 ounce low fat or non fat cheese of choice
1 tomoato (medium)
1/4 cup peeled and chopped avocado
1/4 cup lettuce of choice


Rinse and slice tomato. Assemble all ingredients on bread and enjoy!
