Caper, Olive, and Tomato Sauce

1/4 cup dried tomatoes
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 cup olive oil
4 plum tomatoes, chopped


Process first 4 ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped. With processor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream. Add tomatoes, and pulse until blended.
